Jamie Foxx f. Justin Timberlake, T.I. “Winner” MP3
Come April 18th, the NBA post-season packs bigger endorsements and more courtside celebrities to fill the seats at the ESPY Awards. Time out! Did TNT just take the air out of ESPN’s balls by casting Jamie Foxx and Justin Timberlake for the promo ads? These two men of soul have previously hosted ESPY Awards specials to rave reviews doing classic riffs on players of all sport.
The ads on ESPN tend to be a bit smarter, and wittier plugging in the anchormen (and women) into the mix. TNT’s just stepping their game up. Nice job Ted Turner! Oh, and that song playing in the background of the ad, that’s JT and Jamie’s new one with T.I. Listen to “Winner” below, then hit the jump to see the cool advertisement.
DEDICATION: Young Jeezy and Fela Kuti (What? Yes.)

We knew we loved Jeezy but once we heard him call Fela Kuti “gangster” and say “He might be the African Jizzle” we knew it was meant to be. That’s right, you two are soulmates. Your president is black and so was Fela’s. We’re dedicating this song to you Jeezy because the video makes us laugh and so does your statement. Also one party clearly dominates in this video and well…yea. We tell ya, it gets warm and all the couples come out. Cannot wait for the Roforofo 103 Album. – Judnick Mayard

Jamie Foxx, “Quit Your Job” MP3

Jamie apparently met some girl at the club and they’re grinding and he wants her to quit her “job” aka her “9-5″ aka her “man” so she can come over and watch “foreign films” with him, which has got to be some kind of euphemism. Like her steady man is some kinda chore and this mufuka gonna be her, what, like, 10:30-12? Jamie Foxx sit your ass the hell down! No… actually wait! Come hang out with us! We would still like to party with you.

Jamie Foxx f. Gucci Mane, “Speak French”
Mario and Trey Songz aren’t the only ones who can hang out with Gucci Mane. Unlike the other two, however, Jamie Foxx makes a trip to Gucciland for darker backdrop for their collab. “Speak French” doesn’t have much to do with language at all, unless you count body language, but that’s native tongue in the club anyways. Get it? Eww, you nasty.

Jamie Foxx f. Drake, The-Dream & Kanye West, “Digital Girl (Remix)”
Drake doesn’t only dress up like Kanye, he can also make himself sound exactly like him! For the remix to “Digital Girl,” and the ensuing video, Jamie Foxx recruited more or less everyone who’d been filling up his iPod playlists that month and invited them to come hang out inside of Tron. How The-Dream was able to sneak a fitted hat into digital land is beyond us, but the song is a nice turn on the ever present technological love meme.
