Brutha, “Freek’N You” (Jodeci Cover) MP3

The void for between the sheets music is missing the original hip-hop swing of Jodeci. No one has been able to fill their shoes, not even K-Ci and Jo-Jo on their own can do half the battle of their collective bedroom bullying, with Timbs on. Flattering as it may be, Brutha’s cover of “Freek’N You” is close, even with auto-tune carrying those notes only K-Ci could wail in the midst of his on-stage mock seizures. Brutha’s mixtape, Destination: Short Stay drops next week.
