Goapele, “Milk & Honey”

Despite being a literal interpretation of the “milk and honey” concept, this Dahveed Telles-directed video for the Bay Area songstress turned out kinda fresh. Something’s not quite right with the usually gorg Ms. G though… that grimacey grin on her face throughout is making us think she wants to bite us in the necks. Like an extra on True Blood… freaky, and not in the Rick James way…
